New Food & Drink Spots in Downtown Christiansted
A new year has brought new entrepreneurship to downtown Christiansted, in the form of SIX new bars and restaurants.

Crucian Cafe
From the proprietor of Crucian Gold, this adorable café is located on the corner of Strand Street next door to the jewelry store and Gov Lot. Open from 8am until, its menu features well priced breakfast and lunch favorites, as well as an array of incredible pastries and desserts through its partnership with Bleu Chocolát Workshop. In addition, watch the space for events and art exhibitions.
Pavilion Bar
Now under new management, Club Comanche Hotel on Strand Street is bringing back the upstairs bar, with affordable drinks served Friday and Saturday nights. Whether you have old memories or want to make new ones in this iconic space, a visit is well worth it if only to say hi to the friendly bartender/hotel manager/interior decorator, Jamey.
BNB Kitchen
On King St. across from Ten Sleepless Nights Park (formerly Limpricht) you’ll find B&B Kitchen, an upscale bar and restaurant serving up craft cocktails as well as lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch. But don’t let that extensive variety worry you – everything at this place is done right, from the fresh local catch to the in-house dry-aged steak to the locally sourced veggies.
Anato
Located in the old Harvey’s location on Company Street is Anato, currently serving lunch Tuesday to Thursday and Sunday brunch. Its menu promises an eclectic fusion of local favorites and international flavor in a chic setting.
Mango Leaf Bar & Restaurant
On the north side of Company Street in the old Mahogany Inn historic courtyard is Mango Leaf Bar & Restaurant. Now soft-opened is the bar, but proprietor Richie Buntin soon expects to be serving lunch and dinner, as well as offering up the space for events.
Ambiance
Ambiance Cocktail Lounge on Strand Street across the street from Crucian Gold opened late last year, but 2026 has brought expanded offerings to the daytime in the form of Nectar & Grind, a coffee shop and juice bar. Open from 8AM to 2PM most days, Nectar & Grind serves coffee, juice, acai bowls, as well as breakfast and lunch favorites, while the nighttime lounge offers craft cocktails, live music, DJs and more in an elegant environment.
As always, call ahead to confirm opening times and/or make reservations. Bon appetit!
