St. Croix’s Open Houses

The best way to promote the sale of your home is by doing an open house.  Open houses are still the number one way for buyers to check out a property in person and decide if they like it.  It is also a great way for our local brokers & agents to come by and view the house in person for their off Island buyers and get all the information they need like location, view, square footage, etc.  We generally have open houses on St. Croix every Tuesday from 10am-1pm. Tomorrow we will have the following Open houses:

51 & 52 North Grapetree– Featured on HGTV’s ”Caribbean Life” come enjoy dramatic sea views at Blue Horizon Villa!
