The first Jump-Up of 2026. Head on into downtown Christiansted on Friday evening to enjoy the music of local steel pan bands as well as perennial visiting favorite, Mama’s Black Sheep, shop the vendors selling all manner of food and merchandise, and dance in the streets with the moko jumbies!
Bob Marley Birthday Celebration at Serenity Nest. Live music begins at 7:30, and admission is $20 – or $15 if you wear a T-shirt commemorating the iconic artist himself.
Saturday, February 7
It’s Mardi Croix! Hosted by Krewe De Croix, the North Shore parade begins at Sylvie’s at noon and tramps down to end at Cane Bay Beach. Get there as early as 8AM for breakfast and note that the road closes at 11AM. This year’s theme: Fanta-Sea.
Movie Night at Leatherback Brewery. Enjoy a few frosty beers and watch “Wicked: For Good” under the stars on the lawn at the brewery. Showtime is 6:30PM. Family-friendly and free admission.
Jazz at The Galleon. The recently reopened event space is hosting the Saturday Situation, an evening of jazz with The Troublemakers and a prix fixe tapas selection. Food services begins at 7:30PM and reservations highly encouraged.
Havana Nights. The annual Frederiksted celebration, Havana Nights features dancing dominoes, delicious Cuban food, and the music of Eddie Russell and Friends. Plus, enter to win a raffle for a trip to Cuba! Admission is $100 and proceeds benefit Project Promise.
Sunday, February 8
Super Bowl Sunday! Plenty of spots around island will be hosting viewing parties, including The Sausage Shack, Sharkey’s Baitstand, Shupe’s on the Boardwalk, El Sol, Rehab Sports Bar, Hotel on the Cay, Pizza Mare, Legendz in Frederiksted, Leatherback Brewery, and even the movie theater, Caribbean Cinemas, where you can watch the big game on the big screen!

Cabaret at CCT. Tonight is Opening Night for Caribbean Community Theatre’s 2026 musical, Cabaret! Catch evening showings Friday and Saturday or the Sunday matinee thru February 22. Tickets may be pre-purchased online via Eventbrite or you may reserve by emailing the theater directly.
