Club St. Croix

The eastern-most complex of St. Croix’s famed Condo Row, Club St. Croix is composed of 54 studio, one-, and two-bedroom single-level units within six interconnected three-story buildings. Each unit features its own private outdoor gallery with direct views of the sea.
The complex, located about a 6-minute drive west of Christiansted town, also has an Olympic-length community pool, a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, and direct beach access. Condo owners may keep one small dog or cat with board approval. Club St. Croix’s HOA fees are the lowest on Condo Row.
Sugar Beach

With its long building that contours the shore, every one of Sugar Beach’s 46 one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom units boasts an unobstructed view of the beach and sea. Some units in the three-story complex are multilevel, and all have private outdoor galleries.
The gated complex is located on Condo Row, less than 7 minutes from downtown Christiansted. It has direct beach access, a community pool and clubhouse flanked with a sugar mill, and tennis courts. Sugar Beach permits condo owners to have one cat or dog up to 30 pounds, with board approval.
Colony Cove

Traveling west, the next community on Condo Row is Colony Cove, which comprises 60 two-bedroom units. All have private outdoor galleries and are located within four three-story buildings that flank the beach or encircle green space and the pool area.
The gated complex, about an 8-minute drive from Christiansted town, features a community pool and direct beach access. Colony Cove also has a private entrance to the restaurant at the adjacent Mill Harbour Condominiums. To note: Pets are not permitted here.
Mill Harbour

Next door to Colony Cove is Mill Harbour, which has 86 two- and three-bedroom units, all with private galleries, with the third-floor, three-bedroom units featuring lofted primary suites. The long S-shaped, three-story building is flanked on the northeast side by a lagoon.
The gated complex is only an 8-minute drive from downtown Christiansted. It has a community pool, a tennis court, and an on-site restaurant, as well as direct beach access. The last of the Condo Row complexes, Mill Harbour has among the lower HOA fees. Pets are not permitted.
Pelican Cove

Pelican Cove Condominiums is located adjacent to Pristine Beach Resort and The Palms at Pelican Cove Restaurant. The complex comprises four three-story buildings, which contain 47 two- and three-bedroom single-level units, all with private outdoor galleries.
Located less than a mile down the shore from Condo Row and 10 minutes west of downtown Christiansted, the gated complex features a large pool, hot tub, clubhouse, and direct beach access. Pets are not permitted at Pelican Cove.
Cruzan Princesse

Within Cruzan Princesse’s 15 two-story buildings are 34 one- and two-bedroom units, all with private outdoor spaces — a balcony or patio. The second story units have peaked ceilings.
The buildings of the gated complex surround a community pool and have direct beach access. Owners and long-term tenants are permitted one pet, up to 40 pounds, with board approval. Cruzan Princesse is located about 10 minutes west of Christiansted town, next door to Coral Princesse and Granada Del Mar.
Coral Princesse

Right next door to Cruzan Princesse is the similar but smaller Coral Princesse Condominiums. It has 24 one- and two-bedroom units, all with private patios or galleries, within 12 two-story buildings.
The gated complex has direct beach access and a seaside community pool and is a 10-minute drive from downtown Christiansted. One pet under 20 pounds is permitted for owners, with board approval. Coral Princesse’s HOA fees are lower than most.
Granada Del Mar

Adjacent to the Cruzan and Coral Princesse complexes, Granada Del Mar Condominiums has 36 two- and three-bedroom units distributed among eight interconnected two-story buildings. All units boast private ocean-facing terraces, with the lower units having galleries that lead directly to the shore.
The complex has direct beach access, a seaside community pool with clubhouse, a tennis court (currently nonfunctional), and a complex-wide backup generator. It also has the most generous pet policy of condos on island: up to three total pets under 30 pounds per owner, with board approval.
St. Croix By the Sea / St. C

Within its 10 two-story buildings, St. Croix by the Sea, commonly called St. C, has 132 large one-bedroom units, some of which have been converted to two bedrooms. All upstairs units have sea-facing galleries and ground-level ones have walk-out patios and green space.
The gated complex has a community pool and clubhouse. With board approval, owners may keep one indoor pet: a cat, rabbit, guinea pig or hamster or fish in no greater than a 10-gallon tank.
