Estate Carlton Condos
$-$$

The Estate Carlton Condominiums, formerly a hotel, consist of 42 one-bedroom, one- or two-bath, apartment-style units within seven two-story buildings. Each unit has its own private patio or balcony and some have in-unit laundry.
The gated complex, located at the end of a quiet street off Queen Mary Highway, has a community pool, laundry, a full-property backup generator, and relatively low HOA fees. Pets are not permitted in the Carlton complex.
Harbour Beach Village
$$$

Located on the waterfront on the West End just north of Sandy Point National Wildlife Refuge and south of Frederiksted town, Harbour Beach Village is composed of a single three-story building containing 18 one-bedroom units, all with private outdoor galleries.
The gated complex has a community pool and direct beach access, and is supported by a full property back-up generator. No pets are permitted at Harbour Beach. These seldom come up for sale, so if you see one, you better pounce!
Sunset Beach
$$$

St. Croix’s pink condos of the West End, Sunset Beach consists of four two-story buildings containing just 10 one- and two-bedroom units. Each has its own private outdoor gallery.
Sunset Beach is located along the coast between Rainbow Beach and Frederiksted town and has direct beach access but no community pool or other recreational amenities. With so few units, it’s very rare to see one for sale.
