Carden Beach

The gated community of Carden Beach offers 30 upscale residences with two-, three-, and four-bedroom floor plans. The units include a mix of single-level layouts, multi-story designs, and standalone villas.

This waterfront property features a shared pool, fitness center, tennis courts, and a community backup generator. Owners are permitted up to two pets — cats or dogs — subject to board approval. Please note that rental restrictions and prohibitions apply to these residences.

Candle Reef I & Candle Reef II

Candle Reef Condos consists of two separate communities — Candle Reef I and Candle Reef II — each governed by its own HOA. Candle Reef I features 21 residences, while Candle Reef II offers 18 units. Both communities include a variety of two- and three-bedroom floor plans, with a mix of single-level and two-story layouts.

Each Candle Reef community has its own private pool and full-property backup generator, while residents of both share tennis and pickleball courts as well as direct beach access. Because of the separate HOAs, the rules regarding pets and rentals differ — Candle Reef II has stricter rental and pet policies than Candle Reef I. Units in either community rarely become available, so act quickly when an appealing listing hits the market.

Club St. Croix

Club St. Croix is the first of four complexes affectionally called St. Croix’s Condo Row.

Situated at the eastern end of St. Croix’s well-known Condo Row, Club St. Croix features 54 studio, one-, and two-bedroom residences spread across six connected three-story buildings. All units are single-level and include private outdoor galleries overlooking the Caribbean Sea.

Located roughly 6 minutes west of downtown Christiansted, the waterfront community offers an Olympic-length pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, and easy beach access. Owners may have one small dog or cat pending board approval. Club St. Croix’s HOA fees are among the lowest on Condo Row.

Sugar Beach

Designed to follow the curve of the shoreline, Sugar Beach’s 46 one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom residences all enjoy sweeping, unobstructed views of the beach and Caribbean Sea. The three-story complex includes a mix of single- and multi-level units, each featuring its own private outdoor gallery.

Located along Condo Row about 7 minutes from downtown Christiansted, the community offers direct beach access, a shared pool and clubhouse set beside a historic sugar mill, and tennis courts. Condo owners are allowed one cat or dog up to 30 pounds with board approval.

Colony Cove

Continuing west along Condo Row, the next waterfront community is Colony Cove, home to 60 two-bedroom residences. Each unit includes a private outdoor gallery and is situated within one of four three-story buildings, positioned either along the beachfront or surrounding the landscaped courtyard and pool area.

This gated condominium complex, about 7 minutes from Christiansted town, offers a community pool and direct access to the beach. Residents also enjoy a private entrance to the restaurant located next door at Mill Harbour Condominiums. Please note that pets are not allowed at Colony Cove.

Mill Harbour

Adjacent to Colony Cove is Mill Harbour, a waterfront community made up of 86 two- and three-bedroom residences, each with at least one private gallery. The third-floor three-bedroom units include loft-style primary suites, and the property’s distinctive S-shaped three-story building borders a lagoon along its northeast side.

Located just eight minutes from downtown Christiansted, this gated complex offers a community pool, tennis court, on-site restaurant, and direct beach access. The westernmost development on Condo Row, Mill Harbour is known for having comparatively low HOA fees, though pets are not allowed.

Pelican Cove

Pelican Cove Condominiums sits beside the Pristine Beach Resort and The Palms at Pelican Cove restaurant. The community consists of four three-story buildings containing 47 two- and three-bedroom single-level residences, each with its own private outdoor gallery.

Pelican Cove is situated less than a mile west of Condo Row and about 10 minutes from downtown Christiansted. The gated complex offers a spacious pool, hot tub, clubhouse, and direct access to the beach. Pets are not allowed in this complex.

Cruzan Princesse

Just west of Pelican Cove, Cruzan Princesse features 34 one- and two-bedroom residences spread across 15 two-story buildings. Every unit includes a private outdoor area, either a patio or balcony, while the upper-level units offer vaulted ceilings for a more spacious feel.

The gated beachfront community is centered around a shared pool and also provides direct beach access. Owners and long-term renters may keep one pet weighing up to 40 pounds with board approval. Cruzan Princesse is located about 10 minutes west of downtown Christiansted, adjacent to Coral Princesse and Granada Del Mar.

Coral Princesse

Adjacent to Cruzan Princesse is the smaller but similarly designed Coral Princesse Condominiums. The community includes 24 one- and two-bedroom residences spread among 12 two-story buildings, with each unit featuring a private patio or gallery.

This gated beachfront complex offers direct access to the beach and a seaside community pool, all located about 10 minutes from downtown Christiansted. Owners may keep one pet under 20 pounds with board approval, and Coral Princesse is known for having comparatively low HOA fees.

Granada Del Mar

Located beside the Cruzan and Coral Princesse communities, Granada Del Mar Condominiums features 36 two- and three-bedroom residences spread across eight connected two-story buildings. Every unit includes a private seaview terrace, while the lower-level residences offer galleries that lead directly toward the shoreline.

The beachfront complex includes direct beach access, a seaside pool and clubhouse, and a property-wide backup generator. Granada Del Mar has one of the island’s most accommodating pet policies, allowing owners up to three pets under 30 pounds with board approval.

St. Croix By the Sea / St. C

St. Croix by the Sea, commonly called St. C, consists of 132 spacious one-bedroom residences spread throughout 10 two-story buildings. Some units have been modified into two-bedroom layouts. Upper-level residences feature sea-facing galleries, while ground-floor units offer walkout patios and surrounding green space.

This gated community, located adjacent to the coveted Judith’s Fancy neighborhood, includes a shared pool and clubhouse for residents. With board approval, owners may keep one indoor pet: a cat, rabbit, guinea pig, hamster, or fish in a tank no larger than 10 gallons.

Gentle Winds

Gentle Winds is made up of 66 two- and three-bedroom residences spread across nine two-story buildings. Some units feature multi-level layouts, and every residence includes private outdoor living areas such as galleries or balconies.

Located on the waterfront near Salt River, the gated community offers a large swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, a four-hole chipping golf course, and a recreation center with ping pong, shuffleboard, and cornhole. Residents also enjoy an on-site snack bar and direct beach access. Owners may keep one dog or cat with board approval.

Seaclusion

Tiny Seaclusion has just nine units along the water on the North Shore.

Originally developed as a hotel, Seaclusion consists of two two-story buildings with only nine residences in total: six one-bedroom and three two-bedroom units. Perched along the waterfront above the reef at Cane Bay, every condo features a private balcony overlooking the sea.

Residents share access to a community pool, and the complex is equipped with a property-wide backup generator. One dog or cat up to 30 pounds is allowed with board approval. Because of the community’s limited number of units, Seaclusion condos rarely become available for sale.

Harbour Beach Village

The gated beachfront community includes a shared pool, direct access to the beach, and a full-property backup generator. Pets are not allowed at Harbour Beach Village. Units here rarely hit the market, so interested buyers should act quickly when one becomes available.

Sunset Beach

The beachfront community sits along the shoreline between Rainbow Beach and downtown Frederiksted and offers direct beach access, though it does not feature a pool or additional recreational amenities. Because the complex has so few units, properties here rarely become available for purchase.
